Maria Kidney

Maria is the Programme Manager for the RCPI Professional diploma in Occupational Medicine at iheed, where she oversees the delivery of the programme, ensuring it meets the highest academic standards.

With a BSc Honours degree in Applied Psychology, Maria brings a unique perspective to her role, leveraging her understanding of human behaviour to enhance the learning experience for students. Her background in English Language Teaching, where she spent four years designing individualised lesson plans and monitoring student progress, has equipped her with skills in curriculum design and educational management.

Maria’s passion for education and her background in psychology enable her to effectively address the diverse needs of students and provide meaningful support throughout their studies—an aspect of her role that she truly enjoys.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys practicing yoga, hiking and exploring new places through travel.
