Abimbola Ayorinde
Abimbola Ayorinde (Abi) is an Assistant Professor (Research Focussed) at the University of Warwick. Abi has a Master's degree in Health Services and Public Health Research at the University of Aberdeen and a PhD in Epidemiology also from the University of Aberdeen. She has expertise in quantitative research methods and evidence synthesis. She has led and contributed to several projects, including those commissioned by policy makers such as the UK Health Security Agency, Office of Health Improvement and Disparity, and National Health Services Race and Health Observatory. Abi has keen interest in health services and public health research, particularly those relating to women, maternal and child health as well as reducing health inequalities. She has experience teaching and supervising students at various levels, and she is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
