Dr Dylan Debono

Dr Dylan Debono is a Medical Doctor and Trainee in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Mater Dei Hospital Malta where he regularly assesses and manages patients presenting as emergencies and manages emergencies that occur in the delivery ward.

 Dr Debobo’s training as a BST in general surgery for 3 years gave him experience in all fields of surgery including Upper GI, Colorectal, Cardiac, Plastic Surgery,Urology, Breast Surgery, Orthopaedics, Paediatric Surgery and ENT. This has added to his further study and work in Obstetrics and Gynaecology by allowing him to regularly perform surgical procedures such as Caesarean Section, instrumental deliveries, laparoscopy, hysteroscopies, biopsies and perineal repair.

Dr Debo also teaches 4th year and 5th year medical students by providing tutorials and supervising them in the wards.
