Oswaldo Ortiz Trigoso
Dr. Oswaldo Ortiz is an occupational physician with 18+ years of experience. He holds a medical specialty and a MSc. from Alberto Hurtado Faculty of Medicine at Cayetano Heredia University in Peru, and is currently studying an Executive Master of Health Administration –EMHA– at University of Ottawa. He has been a Principal Advisor and later the Global Health Manager for Rio Tinto Inc, and more recently the [Global] Health Manager for Vale Base Metals, the Canadian multinational subsidiary of Vale S.A. His research is in the fields of Occupational Medicine, mainly Fatigue, Sleep Disorders and Mental Health.
