After finishing his medical degree, he carried out the higher specialist training in Spain at Professional School of Occupational Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of Complutense University of Madrid, obtaining the title of Specialist in Occupational Medicine in 2004. Among other degrees he received his membership from the faculty of Occupational & Environmental Medicine of the Royal College of Physician in UK. Master in Occupational Health Prevention Management Specialty Ergonomics and applier Psychosociology and Master of Public health from Antonio Nebrija University in Spain. He is Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by SENASA and CIMA Madrid (Services and Studies for Air Navigation and Aeronautical Safety) and Certified Independent Medical Examiner. ABIME. Since 2004, he has been developing his career as Specialist and later as Consultant in Occupational Medicine in Spain and UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) in different large multinational corporations, companies, and sectors. Also, he was the manager of the Occupational Medicine Service in PSA Group in Madrid. He participates as lecturer for different institutions like the United Arab Emirates University Collee of Medicine and Health Sciences for the Master of Public Health, Preparatory Occupational Medicine Course Abu Dhabi- Faculty of Occupational Medicine. Royal College of Physician of Ireland, ADNOC Occupational Medicine Continuous Medicine Education Program, accredited by Department of Health. He is part of Department of Health board examiners for physicians applying to Specialist in Occupational Medicine in UAE and Member of the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Scientific Committee of the National Institute Health Science Occupational and Environmental Medicine Fellowship Program in United Arab Emirates.
He advises on the provision of safe and healthy conditions by assessment of the physical and psychological aspects of the working environment. Promoting compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, helping to develop policies and practices that promote and maintain the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of all workers. Clinical Governance and audit for continually improving the quality of care and monitoring standards in Occupational Medicine is one of his main responsibilities.
