Dr. Basheer Taj

Dr. Basheer Taj has been a Fellow Examiner of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Ireland (FFOMI) since 2012, and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (FRCPI). He obtained his basic medical degree from Chennai, India, in the late 1980s and went on to pursue Occupational Medicine, starting with a diploma from RCPI-FOM London. Today, he is an accomplished Occupational Medicine specialist with both membership and fellowship from RCPI. He also holds gold-standard qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), having passed board certification in Safety (CSP) and Industrial Hygiene (CIH) from the USA. Currently, he is a subject matter expert at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), the Scientific Chair for the Emirates Society of Occupational Medicine, and a member of the Energy Institute, UK.
