Sarah Walji

Sarah Walji is a Canadian and British Registered Nurse with experience across inpatient, emergency and community mental health services. She has completed her masters degree in global health with a focus on the mental well-being of child brides. Sarah has previously represented young nurses internationally as a board member with the global campaign Nursing Now. She has presented to global audiences in Qatar, Singapore, the UK, the States etc. As well as engaged within her local community as a mental health educator. Sarah has also participated in global healthcare service delivery in South America and the Middle East. In the past several years she has run for municipal, provincial and federal office fuelled by her passion in health policy and improving care. She was named as one of the top 100 women in global health.
